Two-component urethane that foams in place; used to replace soft foams in OEM applications such as trunks, door panels, door panels or roof beams.
The 3M™ Flexible Foam is made of a soft, flexible two-component urethane and foams in place (closed cell foam).
This flexible foam replaces OEM flexible foam on side impact beams, roof bows, interior trim and pillars, and in other vehicle cavities.
Expands to ten times its original volume; large cavities are filled with small amounts of material.
For replacement of OEM flexible foams in the context of restoring the pre-accident condition as far as possible.
