PROFILINE CeramicCoating CC Evo

• SONAX PROFILINE CeramicCoating CC Evo is a professional two-component coating for paintwork.
• The set contains the two sealing products SONAX PROFILINE CeramicCoating CC Evo BaseCoat and SONAX PROFILINE CeramicCoating CC EvoGlossCoat in the latest formula generation, as well as four applicators.
• Thanks to the new formulations, durability has been improved even further without having to compromise on processing.
• For up to 5 years of protection.
• CC Evo is the premium coating from SONAX with the best resistance and outstanding optical and haptic properties.

Product application

• Ensure good ventilation during application.
• Application temperature from +10°C. Optimum application temperature 20 to 30°C.
• Caution with refinishing: Check paint fastness beforehand. After polishing the paint, spray SONAX PREPARE (02373000) as a basic cleaner into a soft touch microfiber cloth, wipe the paint with it and prepare it for coating.
• CC Evo is then applied in two stages.
• In the first sealing step, BASECOAT Evo is applied thinly to partial areas using an applicator sponge.
• After a short flash-off time, the excess product is wiped off with a Coating Towel (0451100) before a new partial surface is treated.
• After a waiting time of 1 hour, GLOSSCOAT Evo is applied thinly in a second step using a new applicator sponge.
• The flash-off time here should be between 3 and 5 minutes.
• The excess product is then removed with a SONAX Coating Towel (04511000).
• If the product begins to harden in the sponge on large vehicles, a new applicator sponge should be used.
• The fully treated vehicle must be left to dry for at least 4 hours and must not get wet during this time.
• Ideally, the vehicle should be left in a room overnight.
• Do not apply to hot surfaces and do not allow to dry.
• The first vehicle wash should be carried out after 1 week at the earliest.
• Important: Do not use highly alkaline cleaners, as these can attack the protective coating.
