Teroson 2C Body Adhesive PU 9225 UF ME

• Extremely fast curing two-component bodywork adhesive of the new low-mission 2K polyurethane generation for plastic repair, ideal for repairing and replicating broken or missing plastic parts (e.g. clips, hooks & eyes).
• This low-emission adhesive for vehicle repair & maintenance covers a wide range of applications for plastic repair and bonding of components, offering more work safety and higher performance (perfect bond strength)
• Based on the "Micro Emission" ME- technology, the isocyanate content has been reduced so significantly that the labelling obligation with the R40 set is no longer required
• There are no special requirements for storage and user health hazards are reduced to a minimum
• Ultra-fast curing: excellent sandability after only about 5 minutes (can be accelerated by heat up to 60°C)
• Easy to recoat (also because of the light gray color)
• Excellent adhesion to plastics (except polyolefins) in combination with Terokal 150 as an adhesion promoter (this primer is also recommended when using hard-to-bond plastics)
• Many so-called "smart repair" jobs (i.e. the "smart" repairs without disassembly) can be carried out without fixings
