Solder cable lug end splice

Example of use:

Remove 15 mm of the insulation from all cables that are to be connected to each other.

Then align the lines and form a bundle of lines.

Insert the cable bundle into the solder grip end user and turn it slightly.

The copper insert clamps on the stripped lines and holds them together.

Then heat the end connector with a hot air gun. Heat the area of the copper insert until the solder ring melts and the solder flows into the core of the cable bundle.

When using a sealed end splice from the GRS series, the sealing ring made of heat-melting adhesive must be heated until the adhesive melts and flows between the lines.
