Additional consumers can be quickly and easily connected using the tap-changer. The fuse, which has hitherto been inserted in the fuse box, is removed and replaced by the additional holder. Then insert the fuse in the lower slot of the holder to secure the circuit again. The upper slot is provided with an additional fuse that protects the newly connected load.
