The tear-resistant, flexible design of the fibre fleece product is characterised by special edge stability and provides very good results on tightly rounded shapes.

The low-stretch backing is especially suitable for heavier loads and is ideal for use as a file tape, among other things. The

even distribution of the abrasive mineral guarantees an increased service life and consistent work results at all times.

Thanks to the fibre fleece technology, an even, reproducible surface pattern is produced without changing the geometry of the workpiece.

Working speeds of up to 30 m/s are possible and it is also very suitable for reworking pre-grinds with 3M™ Cubitron™ II abrasives.

The Scotch-Brite™ Nonwoven DF-BL is ideal for deburring, matting and finishing all stainless steel and steel components and removing tarnish.

The application of a defined finish on large surfaces as well as reduction of roughness depth is also guaranteed with this fleece tape.

Furthermore, this belt is also used for applications on wood and plastics.
