• The new A975 No-Fil SG product is designed for the most common sanding operations on painted parts, composites, marine gelcoat, wood and non-ferrous metals.
• It is particularly suitable for sanding stronger or more resistant surfaces such as ceramic lacquers.
• The combination of SG and heat treated alumina gives a very aggressive, cool cut, with high wear resistance and 2 times longer life than conventional products.
• The fiber-reinforced latex-treated B-paper delivers 50-60% higher tear resistance with excellent flexibility.
• The product can therefore be used in dry and wet sanding.
• In addition, the No-Fil water-based anti-clogging coating prevents premature clogging with extended service life.
• Due to the use of a unique backing, there are no colour pigments in the bond or No-Fil coating, thus preventing contamination of the workpiece.
