Multi-Air® Abrasive Strip Plus

The new product A975 No-Fil® SG® is designed for the most common sanding applications on primers and spatulas, on painted parts and on composite materials such as gelcoat, as well as on coatings of wood and non-ferrous metals. It is especially suitable for smoothing on resistant surfaces such as ceramic transparent materials. A975 is the result of the combination of the SG® abrasive with heat-treated alumina and provides a more powerful cut. Thanks to its excellent durability, the product has a longer service life.

It lasts twice as long as conventional abrasives. With A975 a very uniform cutting pattern can be achieved, while an optimal surface finish is maintained.

The fiber-reinforced latex paper (B-paper) provides a 50 to 60% longer shelf life than conventional paper and for optimum flexibility. The product can be used for dry as well as for wet grinding. Furthermore, the water-based stearate coating No-Fil® ensures a very high resistance to clogging and a longer durability. Thanks to the advanced dyeing technique, pigments are excluded in the No-Fil® or binding, which prevents possible contamination of the workpiece or the transfer of the ink during processing.
