Allows you to quickly remove paints, underbody protection, gaskets and rust from metallic surfaces without the use of a costly special machine.

The Turboigel is mounted with a tool holder directly on a cordless screwdriver, an angle grinder (with thread M 14x1.5, max 3.500 rpm.) Or a flexible shaft.

If you work at high speed you achieve a larger roughness (3000 rpm comparable to 60 grit sandpaper) at low speeds, the roughness becomes lower (800 rpm comparable to 120 grit sandpaper). This creates an optimal surface - sandblasting effect - for tinning, filling, coating and painting.

Other advantages:

• The open design prevents clogging, the brushed particles are immediately thrown away.

• Hardly heating of the machined area.

• Thanks to the special steel used, the Turboigel is flexible and therefore optimally suited for use on edges, beads, grooves, contours and other hard-to-reach places.

• Simply sharpen up to 5-6 times by turning left. - Run anti-clockwise for approx. 15 seconds, just repeat the process for very heavy soiling.

• Real material removal in contrast to normal wire brush, in which the surface seal is often only smeared.
