The Scotch-Brite ™ fleece disc is a robust fleece disc for the first step in cleaning, blending, deburring and finishing. Our disks are powerful on contoured or uneven surfaces without grinding and damaging the workpiece.

The open structure of our discs ensures cool grinding and is dust-repellent, so that a longer service life is achieved. The evenly distributed aluminum oxide abrasive offers high stock removal for consistent surface quality. Our non-woven discs work with aluminum oxide abrasives, which are the preferred choice of professional users in industry due to their high stock removal rate and long service life. The abrasive is tough and tough, and it breaks during processing, continuously exposing fresh cut edges for a more efficient cut, while conventional abrasives, such as garnet, wear out quickly with use. Aluminum oxide mineral is stable, robust and offers a high level of removal and low heat accumulation.
