ROTWEISS Acrylic & PLEXIGLAS® Polish

ROTWEISS Acrylic & PLEXIGLAS® Polish is a highly effective, micro-fine polishing agent that has been specially developed to remove holograms, fine scratches and light signs of wear on acrylic and PLEXIGLAS® surfaces.

It is ideal for the final polishing process to achieve a uniformly smooth and shiny surface.

• Polishes dust-free without drying.
• Suitable for machine and manual application.
• Perfect for sensitive surfaces: Suitable for lamps, windows and other demanding visible surfaces such as in the aircraft sector.

For best results, coarser scratches should be pretreated with a stronger polishing agent (e.g. ROTWEISS Acrylic & PLEXIGLAS® Polishing Paste or ROTWEISS Acrylic & PLEXIGLAS Polishing Paste liquid).

Work steps

Step 1 - Cleaning

The surface to be polished should be free of dirt, dust and other impurities.

It can be thoroughly cleaned with ROTWEISS Active Foam and rinsed with low-limescale water.

Step 2 - Polishing

Wet the polishing sponge with polish and polish with moderate pressure.

The polish can be applied by machine or by hand. Larger areas are best polished in sections.

Step 3 - Finishing

Remove product residues with a microfiber cloth, e.g. ROTWEISS Microfiber Cloth POLISH.
