• M10XT, the repair probes, with an integrated guide wire, which simplifies the insertion of the probes into the stitch channel.
• The probes have a special coating and vulcanize out independently in the stitch channel.
• In this way, you complete the inside/outside repair in one operation, as prescribed.

Area of application:

• M10XT the combination repair for radial tires in the commercial vehicle sector.
• Please use repair bodies exclusively in the tread area.

Processing/short description:

• After dismantling the tire and removing the foreign body, process the puncture channel and vulcanization surface in the tire properly according to instructions and coat with Vulk solution.
• Coat the probe shaft with Vulk solution and insert it into the puncture channel using the guide wire until the tapered part of the repair round protrudes 3-4mm on the outside of the tire.
• Pull in this piece together with the guide pin using pliers (Do not pull on the pin).
• Roll/press patch inside well and coat with inner liner.
