Vulcanising Fluid 235ML for Automotive Repairs

Vulcanizing fluid /SUPER-SOLUTION

• Transparent, fast-venting vulcanizing liquid without solvents containing CKW and aromatics.
• For self-curing from 18°C.
• This solution is specially adapted to the coating of our repair materials and thus guarantees optimum vulcanization.

Application:

• Thoroughly clean the repair area with Rubbertex 67073 (JM no.: 519 05 89) using scraper 017004 JM no.: 519 05 91).
• Then roughen the surface with a suitable roughening tool and thoroughly rinse out the roughening chips again with Rubbertex.
• After flash-off, apply SUPER-SOLUTION and allow to flash off.
• Place the repair body in the middle of the surface and, depending on the size, join the vulcanization surfaces together without air bubbles using a roll-on tool.

• Ultra-Maxiseals etc.

Use when installing ceiling patches is not recommended!
