Leak Test Kit for Air Conditioning R134-1234YF

According to the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance (EC Regulation No.307/2008) Directive 2006/40 EC

an empty (depressurized) or leaking air conditioning system must not be filled with refrigerant for leak detection.

The workshop is legally obligated to first eliminate the leakage of the air conditioning system.

Otherwise, the refrigerant can escape unhindered through a leak in the air conditioning circuit,

and thus harm the environment. If workshop operators do not comply with this regulation, they could face fines of up to €50,000.

Our solution:

Leak test the air conditioning system with nitrogen or forming gas and the air conditioning leak test kit.

The leak test kit can be used for the test medium nitrogen and forming gas.

Can be used for R 134 a and YF 1234 refrigerants.

The appropriate connection for the refrigerant is selected by means of a 3-way valve.
