Introducing the ColorMatic 1K Filler Primer in gray, a versatile solution designed for use as either a primer or filler, depending on the desired film thickness.
This high-performance product is suitable for application on a variety of surfaces, including sheet steel, galvanized sheet steel, aluminum, old paint, polyester filler, wood, and all common automotive plastics such as EPDM, PA, PU, ABS, PVC, EP, PP, UP, PC, and SAN.
With excellent adhesion and corrosion protection, this filler primer provides remarkable filling power, ensuring a smooth finish. It can be overcoated with both water-based and solvent-based paints, along with 1K and 2K topcoats.
The fast-drying formula enhances efficiency, making it an ideal choice for spot repairs. Weldable and reliable, this filler primer meets the needs of any automotive enthusiast.
Application Instructions:
- Shake can for at least 2 minutes.
- As a primer: Apply 1 coat for 15µ (drying time: 12-15 minutes at 20°C).
- As a filler: Apply 2-3 coats for 30-60µ (drying time: 30-40 minutes at 20°C).
- Flash-off time: 2-3 minutes.
- IR drying: 8-10 minutes.
