Description:

Introducing the ColorMatic 1K Thick Film Filler, a top-tier acrylic filler known for its exceptional filling and opacity properties. This 1K acrylic formulation allows for high layer thicknesses to be achieved effortlessly through an injection molding process, making it ideal for both spot and part painting applications.

With outstanding adhesion to a variety of surfaces including steel, aluminum, polyester mortar, cured old paints, and various plastics such as PC, PVC, ABS, PA, SAN, PU, UP, and EP, this filler ensures reliable results. Additionally, it is resistant to silicone removers, making it suitable for various job requirements.

The ColorMatic 1K Thick Film Filler is designed for both wet and dry sanding, providing you with versatility and ease of use during application. Its fast-drying characteristic enhances productivity, allowing it to be painted over with both water-based and solvent-based lacquers.

For optimal corrosion protection beneath the thick film filler, consider using compatible primers such as 1K primer HG1-HG7, 1K epoxy primer, or 1K anti-corrosive primer. Please note, however, that this product cannot be overpainted with 1K filling primer HG1 and HG7.
