Introducing the ColorMatic 1K Thick Film Filler, an ideal solution for achieving a smooth finish with remarkable filling and covering power. This high-performance, 1K acrylic filler allows you to reach substantial film thicknesses with just one spray coat, making it perfect for spot and part painting.
Its exceptional adhesion properties ensure compatibility with various surfaces, including steel, aluminum, polyester filler, cured old coatings, and a wide range of plastics such as PC, PVC, ABS, PA, SAN, PU, UP, and EP. The product is also resistant to silicone removers, providing added durability.
This filler is suitable for both wet and dry sanding, ensuring effortless and time-efficient application. Enjoy fast drying times, which allow for seamless overcoating with both water-based and solvent-based paints.
For optimal protection against corrosion, use the following products beneath the thick film filler: 1K Filler Primer HG1-HG7*, 1K Epoxy Primer, or 1K Anti-Corrosion Primer. Please note: 1K Filler Primer HG1 and HG7 cannot be overpainted with this thick film filler.
