Metalventil 40MS ASC HT

Valve Metal 42MS for Cars/SUVs

Quickfit metal valve 42MS, TR525, for steel and aluminum rims.

• With the REINHEIMER QF sealing concept, the tightening forces are introduced directly into the metal of the rim.
• The seal can perform its task unaffected by external forces.
• A particularly noteworthy feature is that the valve has an internal hexagon in the foot, which makes it easy to fix the valve during assembly.
• This reliably prevents damage to the foot seal caused by accidental rotation of the valve stem.
• The KST disc is firmly preassembled, and the sleeve can be slid over the metal valve cap.
• The valve base is manufactured according to ETRTO.
• The valve is tested for function and tightness after the manufacturing process.

The advantages at a glance:

* Valve cap does not have to be removed for assembly.

* KST seal is firmly connected to the sleeve, cannot fall off.

* Ensures high reliability even at high air pressures

* Consistent tightness over the life of the valve

* No movement of the valve under centrifugal force

* No loosening of the valve due to aging of the sealing rubber

* Tightness guaranteed even in poor valve hole environments
